Telegram Recovery Safety Center: Owner-Only Recovery, and Never Share Your Login Code

This is the home of one rule that never bends: we help you regain access to your OWN Telegram account through Telegram's official channels, and we will never obtain, intercept, or ask for your login code. Every access, recovery, and security page on this site links back here — because owner-only isn't our fine print, it's what we are.

Owner-only by design
Every step resolves to your own account — no exceptions.
Your code stays yours
We never ask for the login code Telegram sends you.
Official channels only
Telegram apps, t.me, @SpamBot, [email protected].
Nothing to retain
We don't hold your codes, passwords, or chats — we can't.

We tell you up front what genuinely can't be recovered.

We publish no fake reviews, star ratings, or invented team bios — trust here comes from what we refuse to do.

What owner-recovery actually looks like

Cloud password recovery
Regain your own account using the recovery-email hint shown on the cloud-password screen.
Login-code delivery
Learn where your one-time code lands — an in-app session first, then SMS, then a call.
Active session audit
Find and end unknown devices at Settings > Devices / Active Sessions.
QR login on Desktop/Web
Sign in at web.telegram.org by scanning the code with your already-logged-in phone.
@SpamBot limits
Understand and lift sending restrictions through Telegram's official @SpamBot.
Ownership appeal
Draft a locked-out appeal to Telegram's own [email protected] address.

Every item is an action you take on your own account inside official Telegram — we guide, you sign in.

We do

  • ✓ Guide recovery of your own account, and only your own account
  • ✓ Point you to official flows: the Telegram apps, t.me, web.telegram.org, @SpamBot, [email protected]
  • ✓ Explain the login-code delivery order so you know exactly where to look
  • ✓ Help you set up and recover Two-Step Verification with your own recovery email
  • ✓ Show you how to review and terminate active sessions at Settings > Devices
  • ✓ Tell you honestly, and early, when access cannot be restored

We never

  • ✗ Never obtain, intercept, or ask for your login code — not even to 'help'
  • ✗ Never perform SIM-swaps or reroute the SMS to your number
  • ✗ Never bypass, reset around, or 'remove' Two-Step Verification / 2FA
  • ✗ Never hijack sessions or touch an account that isn't yours
  • ✗ Never read, monitor, or forward anyone else's chats
  • ✗ Never impersonate Telegram, Telegram Support, or its staff
  • ✗ Never guarantee recovery of a deleted or self-destructed account

If a step requires touching an account that isn't yours — or getting a code that isn't yours to hold — the answer is no. Everything we do terminates at Telegram's official flows.

Red flags of a fake 'Telegram hack' service vs. how real recovery works

⚑ 'Send me the code you just received and I'll recover your account.'
That one-time code IS the login. Whoever holds it signs in as you — this is the single most common Telegram takeover method, never a recovery step. No real service, and no genuine 'Telegram support', ever asks for it.
⚑ 'Our tool removes Two-Step Verification instantly.'
There is no instant 2FA remover. A forgotten cloud password with no recovery email leaves only Telegram's own 7-day account reset — which deletes the account and its cloud chats. Anything 'instant' is bait.
⚑ 'We can read or spy on the target's messages for you.'
Cloud chats are account-bound and secret chats are device-bound and end-to-end encrypted; no third party reads them. And reading someone else's messages isn't recovery — it's exactly what we refuse.
⚑ 'Guaranteed recovery of any deleted or self-destructed account.'
A deleted Telegram account and its cloud chats are permanently gone, and self-destruct timers do the same on schedule. The word 'guaranteed' is the tell — no one can promise this.
⚑ 'Just give us your phone number and we'll SIM-swap it back.'
SIM-swap is carrier fraud used to steal accounts, not restore them. A legitimate recovery process never asks to move, port, or take over your SIM.
⚑ 'Pay the fee first and we'll break into the account.'
Real owner-recovery needs no break-in. Upfront payment for 'access' to an account is a classic advance-fee scam — the account is often already the payer's, or never recovered at all.

✓ You receive your own login code and share it with no one — including us.

✓ Recovery happens inside official surfaces: the Telegram apps, web.telegram.org, @SpamBot, and [email protected].

✓ We ask you to prove the account is yours; we never ask for the code that would let anyone in.

✓ Two-Step Verification is set and recovered only by you, using your own recovery email.

✓ When access genuinely can't be restored, we say so plainly instead of promising a miracle.

FAQ

Is Telegram account recovery legal?
Recovering your own account is entirely legitimate — it's simply using the tools Telegram builds for exactly that: the login code sent to your number, your Two-Step Verification recovery email, the active-session controls at Settings > Devices, @SpamBot, and [email protected]. What is not legal — and what we refuse — is accessing an account you don't own, intercepting someone's code, SIM-swapping, or bypassing 2FA. The line is ownership, not the word 'recovery'.
Can you hack into or recover someone else's Telegram account for me?
No — and this is where the entire site draws its line. We only help you with an account that is yours. We will never obtain, intercept, or ask for another person's login code, never SIM-swap, never bypass or 'remove' Two-Step Verification, never hijack a session, and never read or monitor anyone's chats. If it isn't your account, everything here stops. There is no paid tier, no 'special case', and no workaround that changes that.
Why should I never share my Telegram login code?
Because that one-time code IS the way into your account. Telegram delivers it to any existing in-app session first, then by SMS, then by an automated call — and anyone who obtains it can sign in as you. 'Send me the code' is the most common Telegram takeover trick, whether the request comes from a stranger, a 'buyer', or someone claiming to be Telegram Support. No legitimate person or service will ever ask for it. Not even us.
I forgot my cloud password (2FA) and set no recovery email — can you remove it?
There is no legitimate '2FA remover', and we won't pretend otherwise. If you enabled Two-Step Verification, forgot the cloud password, and attached no recovery email, Telegram's only path is the 7-day account reset — and that reset deletes the account along with its cloud chats. We'll help you understand that trade-off and check every real option first (an old logged-in session, the recovery-email hint on the password screen, [email protected]), but no tool bypasses a cloud password.
Where does my Telegram login code actually arrive?
In a specific order. First, inside any Telegram app where you're still logged in — so check your other devices at Settings > Devices before assuming it's lost. If there's no active session, it comes as an SMS to your number, and if that fails, as an automated phone call. On Telegram Desktop and web.telegram.org you can also use QR login: the computer shows a QR code and your signed-in phone scans it. Wherever the code appears, never forward it to anyone.
Can you recover a deleted or self-destructed account?
No, and anyone guaranteeing it is scamming you. A deleted Telegram account and its cloud chats are permanently gone, and the account self-destruct timer (set between 1 month and 1 year of inactivity) does the same on schedule. We'd rather give you the honest limit than sell a false promise — see the recovery-limits page for exactly what can and can't be restored.

Recover what's yours — the safe way

If the account is yours, there is an official path back to it, and we'll walk it with you without ever asking for your login code. If it isn't yours, or if someone is promising a hack, an instant 2FA remover, a SIM-swap, or guaranteed recovery of a deleted account — that's your signal to walk away. Owner-only, official channels, honest limits: that's the whole offer.
