FAQ
Can you get me into a Telegram account if I have the number but not the code or password?
No. If the account is yours, we'll verify that first and guide you through Telegram's official recovery — but we will never obtain, intercept, or ask for a login code, and we never bypass Two-Step Verification. If the account isn't yours, we decline outright: getting a code or password that isn't yours is account theft, and 'send me the code' is precisely how victims are robbed. We help a verified owner recover their own account, nothing more.
How does Telegram actually send my login code?
When you enter your number, Telegram sends the one-time code to any device where you're still logged in first — check your other phone, tablet, or Telegram Desktop. If no active session exists, it falls back to SMS, then a phone call. The message itself warns you never to share the code. If it arrives on an existing session, you don't need SMS at all.
I forgot my cloud password (Two-Step Verification). What can be done?
On the password screen, tap 'Forgot password?'. If you set a recovery email, Telegram sends a reset code there — the screen shows a masked hint of which address. With that code you reset the password and keep your account and cloud chats. If you have no recovery email and can't get in, the only remaining route is Telegram's account reset, which deletes the account and its cloud chats after a waiting period (7 days by default). We'll help you weigh that, never rush you into it.
Someone else is logged into my account. Can you kick them out?
If it's your account and you can still open it, yes: go to Settings > Devices (Active Sessions), open the unknown device and terminate it, or choose 'Terminate All Other Sessions'. Then turn on Two-Step Verification so a stolen number alone can't get back in. If you've been fully locked out, we guide the login-code and reset paths instead. We never do this against an account that isn't yours.
My account got limited and I can't message people. Can you fix it?
That's usually a spam restriction, not a lockout. Message @SpamBot inside Telegram and follow its prompts — many limits lift within a few minutes to a few days once you confirm you're a real user. We can help you write a clear, honest report to @SpamBot, but the decision and the timing are Telegram's, and we can't promise a lift.
Can you recover an account I deleted or that self-destructed?
No — and no one honestly can. When a Telegram account is deleted (including via the inactivity self-destruct or the password-reset deletion), the account and its cloud chats are permanently removed and the number is freed to register a fresh, empty account. Anyone promising to bring back deleted data is running a scam. We'll help you set the number up cleanly again and protect the new account.
