Anti-abuse gate

How we verify you own the Telegram account

Before any assisted help, one gate stands in the way: proof the account is yours — shown through the registered number, the recovery email, or a session still signed in on your device. Never a login code handed to us. This page publishes the standard, and the list of requests we always refuse.

Walk the verification stepsRead the always-refused wall
Code-blind by design
We never request, receive, or store a login code or cloud password.
Official channels only
Every step routes through Telegram's own apps, bots, and recovery email.
Owner-only gate
Help starts only after you demonstrate control of the account.
No retention
We don't build a store of your account details or the proofs you show.
Published refusals
The always-refused list is on this page — no hidden 'we'll try anyway'.

Ownership is shown through what only the real owner holds — the number, the recovery inbox, or a live session — never a code handed to us.

How it works

  1. 1
You tell us what you still control
You describe the account by its registered phone number and which of your own access points still work — a signed-in app, the recovery-email inbox, or the number itself.
⏱ 5–10 min · A written account of what you can still reach — no codes, no passwords in it.
  2. 2
Proof the number is in your hand
You confirm you can receive on the registered number — the login code Telegram sends to an existing in-app session first, then SMS, then a call — and you keep that code entirely to yourself.
⏱ 1–3 min · The code arrives on your own device. We never see it and never ask you to share or forward it.
  3. 3
Recovery-email control (if a cloud password is set)
If Two-Step Verification is enabled, you open the inbox behind the recovery-email hint shown on the cloud-password screen and read the reset link there yourself.
⏱ 2–5 min · You can open that inbox — the hint domain matches an address you actually control.
  4. 4
An existing session or trusted device
Any Telegram still signed in (Settings > Devices / Active Sessions), or a phone that can scan the QR at web.telegram.org, is itself strong evidence the account is yours.
⏱ 1–2 min · You show a live session, or a device that already holds the account, from your side of the screen.
  5. 5
We map you to the official path
With ownership demonstrated, we point you to the exact official step — in-app login code, cloud-password recovery email, @SpamBot for limits, or [email protected] for a termination appeal — and stop there.
⏱ 10–20 min · A written, Telegram-native plan you run yourself. We take no access at any point.

There is no clock and no bypass. If you cannot demonstrate control of the number, the recovery email, or an existing session, the gate closes. A login code you were 'sent to forward' is never accepted as proof — that is exactly how takeovers happen.

We do

  • ✓ Confirm ownership through things only the real owner holds — the number, the recovery inbox, or a live session
  • ✓ Explain Telegram's official login-code order: existing in-app session first, then SMS, then a call
  • ✓ Walk you through Two-Step Verification recovery via the email hint on the cloud-password screen
  • ✓ Point you to @SpamBot for limits and [email protected] for termination appeals
  • ✓ Tell you plainly when access cannot be restored, before you spend time chasing it

We never

  • ✗ Ask for, receive, or 'help you forward' a login code — this is the number-one red line
  • ✗ Touch, log into, or take remote control of your device or account
  • ✗ Accept any request about an account you cannot prove you own
  • ✗ Sell or run cloud-password/2FA 'removers', OTP interception, or session-hijacking tools
  • ✗ Read, monitor, or retrieve another person's chats — under any circumstance

Everything we do keeps the account in your hands and the code on your device. The moment a request needs someone else's code, someone else's account, or covert access, the answer is no — published, not negotiated.

The always-refused wall — published so our refusals are concrete

⛔ Getting a login code that someone else received
The login code is the key to the account. 'Send me the code' phishing and SIM-swap are the actual takeover method — we will not be a step in it.
→ The real owner requests their own code in-app or by SMS on the number they physically hold.
⛔ Bypassing or 'removing' a cloud password (Two-Step Verification)
There is no legitimate bypass. Telegram's own recovery uses the recovery email — or the 7-day account reset, which deletes the account and all its cloud chats.
→ Owner recovers via the recovery-email hint on Settings > Privacy and Security > Two-Step Verification.
⛔ Accessing an account you don't own
There is no owner-recovery reading of 'get me into their account.' It is unauthorized access, full stop.
→ If it was yours and is now controlled by someone else, contact [email protected] and, if a crime occurred, your local authorities.
⛔ Reading or monitoring another person's chats
Covert surveillance of a partner's, employee's, or another adult's private messages is abuse and, in most places, a crime.
→ For a minor you are legally responsible for, use consent-based Telegram features and open device settings — never interception.
⛔ Recovering a deleted or self-destructed account
Once Telegram's deletion completes or a self-destruct timer fires, the cloud data is gone from Telegram's side. No tool retrieves it.
→ Start a fresh account on the number, and check your own device for any chat exports you saved earlier.
⛔ Intercepting SMS or one-time codes
OTP/SMS interception is wiretapping-class activity — never a service we offer, build, or facilitate.
→ Keep the number under your control, prefer code delivery via an in-app session, and set a cloud password with a recovery email.

What we guarantee

We only ever use official Telegram channels — the apps, t.me, @SpamBot, the recovery email, and Telegram's own reset.
limit: Official channels have hard limits; if Telegram itself can't restore access, neither can we or anyone else.
We never ask for, see, or store your login code or cloud password.
limit: This also means we cannot log in for you — every step is run by you, on your own device.
We act only on accounts you can demonstrate you own.
limit: If ownership can't be shown, we decline — there is no 'exception' path.
The refusal wall is fixed and public.
limit: It won't bend for a paid tier, a hurry, or a convincing story.
You get a written, Telegram-accurate plan you can verify yourself.
limit: It's guidance, not access — the actions remain yours to take.

We do not and cannot guarantee a recovery, a timeline, or an outcome. If the number, the recovery email, and every signed-in session are gone, access may be permanently lost — and we will tell you so directly, and point you to the honest limits.

FAQ

Do you need my login code to verify I own the account?
No — and we never will. The login code Telegram sends (to an existing in-app session first, then SMS, then a call) is the single key to your account. Anyone asking you to share or forward it is running the exact attack we refuse to be part of. We confirm ownership through things only the real owner holds: control of the registered number, access to the recovery-email inbox, or a Telegram session still signed in under Settings > Devices.
This is a 'hacker/spy' site — if I say an account 'used to be mine', can you get me back into it?
No. The brand name is aggressive; the service is strictly owner-only recovery of your own account through official Telegram channels. If an account is currently controlled by someone else, there is no proof we would accept that turns that into access — that would be unauthorized access. Your route is [email protected] and, if a crime occurred, your local authorities. We never take 'get me into their account' work.
What actually counts as proof of ownership?
Demonstrated control of at least one thing only the owner has: you can receive on the registered phone number, you can open the inbox behind the recovery-email hint shown on the Two-Step Verification screen, or you have a Telegram session still signed in (Settings > Devices / Active Sessions, or a phone that can scan the QR at web.telegram.org). A screenshot of a code is not proof — a code only proves someone asked you to hand it over.
What if I've lost the number, the recovery email, and every session?
Then honest owner-recovery may not be possible. Telegram login begins with the registered phone number: even the last-resort 7-day account reset is requested from that number's own login screen, so without the number there is no owner path left at all. If you still control the number but not the cloud password or its recovery email, the reset — which deletes the account and its cloud chats — is the final option. For the full permanent-loss picture, see our recovery limits.
Why publish the list of things you refuse?
Because a credible anti-abuse gate is one you can read. Publishing the wall makes our refusals concrete: no login-code phishing, no cloud-password/2FA 'removers', no SMS/OTP interception, no reading someone else's chats, no access to accounts you don't own, no guaranteed recovery of deleted or self-destructed data. The same wall applies to everyone — no tier or urgency moves an item off it.
Does verifying ownership put my account at any risk?
No. Every step happens on your own device, through official Telegram surfaces. We don't log in, we don't take remote control, and we don't store the proofs you show. If a cloud password is involved, you read the reset link from your own recovery inbox — we only tell you where it appears on the screen, and never handle it ourselves.

Ownership first — then, and only then, guidance

The gate exists to protect the real owner and to keep our refusals honest. If you can show the account is yours, we'll map the exact official Telegram path and hand you a plan you run yourself. If you can't, or the request is about someone else's account, the answer is a published no.
